- fix: use GetSavedInstanceInfo to track previous expansion LFRs  
    basically revert 62ecf70 and 205643a, with tweaks for distinguishing LFR from normal  
    workaround for GetLFGDungeonNumEncounters and GetLFGDungeonEncounterInfo stops working
