- Things have been slow going, been very weak/tired last few days, but managed to get ONE boss done in 3 days. hopefully more later today.  
    This adds Captain Dailcry with his LTs split into trash mod since he works exactly like court of stars boss  
- Also add personal bladestorm announce with a tank and 3 second filter to avoidspam  
-  - Slight Timer tweak on Teera and Maruuk  
     - Add announce, chat bubble, and nameplate timer for Vehement Charge

      - Added nameplate timer for thunderstrike

      - Updated frost shock timer for changes in season 4

- apparently no one is actually ready for the cataclysm pre patch yet (ie multi interface versions separated by ,). So revert that for now
