- Some timer adjustments  
- Don't warn dispel for decayed senses if it's not on a player  
- MOve avalanch to spell cast success for timer start  
    Disabled stance of mountain for first cast again since it seems to have a 25 second CD window minimum on engage  
- Added cooldown timer for greater heal in VP now that it's no longer very short  
    Added cooldown timer to Molten Core in Neltharius now that it's 8 seconds instead of 4-6
